Our design and engineering teams provide AutoCAD drafting, electrical analysis, and structural analysis for our clients. We are a growing team, working remotely across the globe. Roles on the design and engineering team are typically technical in nature and involve a lot of independent work, but we have a strong team culture, so you will find many opportunities to solve design problems in collaboration with your teammates.
CAREER PAths
Experienced solar design drafters at Exactus will often advance into design reviewer roles or choose to specialize in electrical or structural analysis. There may also be opportunity to advance leadership roles like team management or client relationship management.
