What You’ll Do

 

Working independently as a sub contractor, you will visit homes within driving distance and capture photos based on a provided checklist.

DRONE PHOTOS

The bulk of the job will be taking approximately 75 - 100 aerial photos using top down and orbit flight paths.

GROUND PHOTOS

You will take 5 -10 pictures of the side of the house where the electrical meter is located.

BREAKER PANEL PHOTOS

You will take pictures of the breaker panel in the home. Some localities will require removing the cover on the breaker panel. Please watch this video for a quick rundown of what that means: Removing the Cover from a Breaker Panel.

ATTIC PHOTOS

Finally, you will take photos of the attic space and basic measurements of the rafter size.

 

 What You’ll Need

 

PAPERS

  • FAA Part 107 License

  • Valid State Driver’s License

 
 

EQUIPMENT

  • VEHICLE

  • DRONE (Mavic 2 Zoom / Pro, Phantom 3 / 4, Inspire 1 / 2)

  • STEP LADDER
